作为一门综合性比较强的学科，水工环问题当中是由水文地质、工程地质以及环境地质构成，对水工环问题进行研究的过程中要从这三个方面进行考虑。当前社会对能源的需求量比较高，在将能源进行开发的同时带给环境一定的伤害，而且带给人们身体健康一定的影响。水工环问题解决就可以将民生问题解决，将人们生活品质提高，让人类和自然环境和谐共处，文中将重点分析了水工环当中出现的问题，同时提出了水工环的主要防治对策。
As a relatively comprehensive subject, the hydraulic ring is composed of hydrogeology, engineering geology and environmental geology. In the process of studying the hydraulic ring problem, we should consider these three aspects. At present, the demand for energy from the society is relatively high, causing some damage to the environment while developing energy and bringing about a certain impact on people’s health. Hydraulic ring can solve the problem of people’s livelihood can solve the problem, will improve the quality of people’s lives, so that mankind and the natural environment harmonious coexistence, the paper will focus on analysis of the problems in the hydraulic ring, at the same time put forward the main hydraulic ring prevention and control measures.
