目的:探讨TGF-β1、Smad7与VEGF在星形细胞瘤组织中的表达及意义。方法:选择我院收治的35例脑星形细胞瘤患者以及15例脑外伤内减压术正常脑组织患者作为实验研究对象。对正常脑组织与脑星形细胞瘤组织均采取免疫组化法进行检测,探讨不同级别星形细胞瘤组织中TGF-β1、Smad7与VEGF表达情况。结果:脑星形细胞瘤组织TGF-β1、Smad7以及VEGF的表达明显高于正常脑组织,且Ⅲ-Ⅳ级TGF-β1、Smad7以及VEGF的表达明显高于Ⅰ-Ⅱ级,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TGF-β1、Smad7及VEGF的表达水平均随着星形细胞瘤恶性程度的增加而增加。结论:TGF-β1、Smad7以及VEGF与星形细胞瘤的发生及发展密切相关。
Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of TGF-β1, Smad7 and VEGF in astrocytoma. Methods: 35 cases of astrocytoma in our hospital and 15 cases of normal brain tissue decompression in traumatic brain injury were selected as experimental subjects. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of TGF-β1, Smad7 and VEGF in different grades of astrocytomas. Results: The expression of TGF-β1, Smad7 and VEGF in astrocytoma was significantly higher than that in normal brain tissue, and the expression of TGF-β1, Smad7 and VEGF in grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ were significantly higher than those in grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ Significance (P <0.05). The expression levels of TGF-β1, Smad7 and VEGF were increased with the malignant degree of astrocytoma. Conclusion: TGF-β1, Smad7 and VEGF are closely related to the occurrence and development of astrocytoma.
