要充分发挥金融资本在区域要素资源配置中的导向作用,引导各类要素资源和产业布局不断优化调整,推动东北区域板块顺利转型升级2003年,东北老工业基地振兴战略全面启动。经过十年的建设,东北地区经济社会全面发展,已经成为我国区域经济的第四个增长极,其中金融业发挥了重要的支持作用。当前正值东北经济起飞的战略机遇期,应当充分发挥金融资本的导向作用,以金融协调发展推动东北区域板块的经济结构调整和优化升级。
We should give full play to the guiding role of financial capital in the allocation of resources in the region and guide the optimization and adjustment of the various elements, resources and industrial layout in a bid to promote the smooth transformation and upgrading of the northeastern region. In 2003, the strategy of rejuvenating northeast old industrial bases started in an all-round way. After ten years of construction, the all-round economic and social development in northeast China has become the fourth pole of growth in the regional economy in China. The financial industry has played an important supporting role. At a time when the strategic economic takeoff period of the northeast economy is taking off, we should give full play to the guiding role of financial capital and promote the economic structural adjustment and optimization and upgrading of the northeastern regional plate by the coordinated development of finance.
