9月上旬,浦东新区档案馆与南码头路街道、川沙新镇两家社区养老院签署民生档案“就近取件”试点合作协议,并对两家养老院的相关工作人员进行了业务培训,开启了浦东新区民生档案远程便民服务走进养老机构的序幕。此举是2015年推出的“就近取件”的延伸拓展,是档案馆为满足长期居住在养老机构、行动不便且不会使用网络工具的老年群体需求而推出的又一次服务创新。此项工作得到了养老院的主管部门浦东新区福利企事业管理所的大力支持,双方在对全区公办、民办养老院摸底调查、分析老人查档需求的基础上,选择了两家公办养老院开展试点。
In early September, the Pudong New District Archives and the South Wharf Road Street and Chuansha New Town signed a cooperation agreement on livelihood files, “pick up from nearby places” and relevant staff of the two nursing homes. Opened the Pudong New Area livelihood files remote convenience services into the pretext of pension institutions. The move, introduced in 2015 as an extension of “Pick Up Now,” is yet another service innovation launched by the Archives to meet the needs of the elderly who have long-term living in an aged care facility who have difficulty in mobility and do not use online tools. This work has been strongly supported by the welfare and business management institute of Pudong New Area, the competent nursing department in charge of nursing home. Both sides chose two public nursing homes to carry out pilot projects based on a thorough investigation of public-owned and private aged care homes in the region and an analysis of the needs of the elderly.
