我们觉得规模较小的省(市)剧团也应有准备地试行剧目轮换演出制。和省剧团同志们谈到剧目轮换演出制的时候,他们都认为剧目轮换演出剧是很好的一种演出制度。但他们感到自身做起来有很多困难;主要的困难是剧团内部的演员和工作人员不多;其次是经济条件限制,特别是每个保留剧目都要制作完整的景,花费很多,而在储藏景片方面,也常常会发生房屋问题。我想谈一下解决这些问题的办法,以供全国省剧团做为试行剧目轮换演出制时的参考。为建立剧目轮换演出制,每个剧团是需要进行一些生活、学习、工作等制度的改革的。建立这种演出制度,不能单纯地认为只是为了改进演出工作,而
We think that the smaller provincial (city) troupes should also try to prepare the show rotation performance system.
