有机磷农药中毒并发急性胰腺炎,国内仅有少数病例报告。我们遇到5例,报告如下:5例中男3例,女2例,年龄20～49岁,均为经口误服中毒,轻度中毒1例,中度、重度各2例。1例女性轻度敌敌畏中毒,4小时后上腹隐痛,27小时后转为全腹剧痛伴压痛及反跳痛被误诊为阑尾炎;另1例男性,重度虫螨磷中毒,28小时后全腹压痛伴反跳痛,腹穿刺抽出血性液体被误为胃穿孔,2例均经手
Organophosphate pesticide poisoning complicated by acute pancreatitis, only a few cases of domestic reports. We encountered 5 cases, the report is as follows: 5 cases of 3 males and 2 females, aged 20 to 49 years old, were oral administration of poisoning, mild poisoning in 1 case, moderate and severe in 2 cases. 1 case of mild dichlorvos poisoning in women, upper abdominal pain after 4 hours, 27 hours later converted to full abdominal pain with tenderness and reflex pain were misdiagnosed as appendicitis; the other 1 case of male, severe acaroid phosphorus poisoning, 28 hours after the whole Abdominal tenderness with rebound tenderness, abdominal puncture bleeding fluid was mistaken for gastric perforation, 2 cases were handled
