省级公路交通情况调查统计数据中心是公路交通信息化建设的重要组成部分,是公路交通两级数据中心的基础。为了保证数据质量和推动公路交通信息化工作健康有序快速发展,省级公路交调数据中心的建设是不可缺少的重要环节。文章通过对我国公路交通交调工作的现状、省级公路交调数据中心建设的重要性和必要性进行了阐述,对其系统构想、软件硬件需求、特点进行了分析,并提出了建设思路。
Provincial highway traffic survey statistics data center is an important part of highway traffic information construction, is the basis of two levels of highway traffic data center. In order to ensure the data quality and promote the healthy, orderly and rapid development of highway traffic informationization, the construction of provincial-level highway intercommunication data center is an indispensable and important link. This paper elaborates the status quo of the highway traffic interchanging in our country and the importance and necessity of the construction of provincial highway intercommunication data center. It also analyzes the system conception, the requirements and features of software and hardware, and puts forward the construction ideas.
