该文介绍了各种凝胶类堵水剂的组成,并针对高温高盐油田,研究了各种耐温抗盐凝胶体系在油田堵水中的应用,确定了各种凝胶体系的适用范围。当地层温度在80℃~100℃时,可选用生物聚合物和改性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶体系;地层温度在100℃~150℃时,常选用聚丙烯腈、木质素磺酸盐凝胶体系;地层温度大于150℃时,可选用聚乙烯胺和聚乙烯醇凝胶体系。对于有机交联体系,分子链中含有-NH2、-CONH2、-SH和-OH等基团,可用酚醛树脂和蜜胺树脂交联改性以提高其耐温、抗盐性能。研究表明凝胶类堵水剂对于高温高盐油田堵水有较好的应用前景。
In this paper, the composition of various gel-type plugging agents is introduced. For the high-temperature and high-salt oil fields, the application of various temperature-resistant and salt-resistant gel systems in water blockage is studied, and the applicable range of various gel systems . When the formation temperature is between 80 ℃ and 100 ℃, biopolymer and modified polyacrylamide gel system can be used. When the formation temperature is between 100 ℃ and 150 ℃, polyacrylonitrile and lignin sulfonate gel system When the formation temperature is more than 150 ℃, polyvinylamine and polyvinyl alcohol gel systems can be used. For the organic cross-linking system, the molecular chain contains -NH2, -CONH2, -SH and -OH and other groups, available phenolic resin and melamine resin crosslinking modified to improve its temperature, salt resistance. The research shows that the gel-type plugging agent has a good application prospect for plugging water in high-temperature and high-salt oilfields.
