目前大学生就业能力的培养问题越来越受到高校和用人单位的重视,提高大学生心理素质是提升其就业能力的关键,也是大学生就业能力及其培养研究的中心问题。正确认识和分析高职院校大学毕业生就业心理,教育和引导大学生确立正确的就业心理和择业心态,这是高职院校就业指导工作的中不容忽视的教育问题和社会问题。
At present, the issue of the cultivation of college students’ employment ability is paid more and more attention by universities and employers. Improving the psychological quality of college students is the key to enhancing their employability and the central issue of their employability and training.
