月前,国务院印发了《关于促进信息消费扩大内需的若干意见》(下称《意见》),《意见》出台后,四川省委省政府高度重视。8月22日,省委书记王东明到通信行业三家基础电信企业专题调研促进信息消费工作方案;8月28日,省委副书记、省长魏宏主持召开座谈会,研究国务院促进信息消费扩大内需重大部署贯彻意见,强调要围绕挖掘消费潜力、增强供给能力、激发市场活力,科学规划,加快推进信息化建设重大项目,推动全省信息产业
