低温镀铁工艺要求电源在起镀和过渡镀阶段,能输出正负半周电流均可以单独调节的交流电,即不对称交流电;在直流镀阶段,能输出电流可以调节的脉动直流电。下图是500安可控硅低温镀铁电源的电路图,现简介如下,供自制时参考。主要技术规格输入交流220伏变压器功率 11仟伏安直流输出 0~500安,0~14伏,能连续调节不对称交流输出 0~250安,可连续调节特点 1.电路简单,元件少,制作容易,成本低。 2.采用桥式可控硅半控主电路,变压器的功率利用和硅管的工件条件较好。 3.采用阻容触发电路,便于调试和排除故障。 4.采用闸刀切换和硅管强制风冷,工作可靠,易于维护。
