一、乡钢企业的现状及制约因素云南乡镇企业的发展,总的来看与沿海地区乡镇企业的发展有着极大的差距.沿海地区一个乡的乡镇企业工业总产值,相当于或大于云南一个地州的全部工业总产值.云南乡镇企业发展本来有许多有利条件,资源十分丰富,但是长期以来形不成产业优势、商品优势和经济优势,究其原因主要受着以下几个方面的制约:
