本文研究了5km/h行军速度,持续8小时不同负重量的影响,结果提出以保证90%的受试者行走后,不出现“很累感”,行进中心率值不超过120次/分,能量代谢保持平衡,热季不发生中暑的最大负重量标准应小于25kg,可大于20kg;热季应小于15kg。高温的影响相当于负重量增加5~10kg。
In this paper, we studied the impact of marching speed of 5km / h for 8 hours of different weight bearing.
