“管理”伴随人类社会的产生而产生,人类财富的创造和文明的发展与管 理密不可分。“百年管理 百年财富”专题将通过世界、中国百年来“管理” 发展演变的历史和与之相对应的“财富”现象的梳理,探究“管理”作为一 门科学对“财富”的创造与积累起着一种什么样的作用,这其中又有什么样 的规律性,以及对促进社会文明和经济发展的重要性。 中国百年的“管理”发展历史,以世界为参照具有明显的特殊性,对它 的探究,尤其对改革开放以来“中西混合”的管理思想现象的解析,无论是 在理论还是实践上都有积极意义。 现代管理--理论与实践的融合、东西方文化的碰撞,正体现一种回归 的趋势,回归自然、回归人本、回归文化,回归财富追逐和人类文明的根本。
