株良乡栽培田塍豆,有悠久的历史,不但产量高,而且品质好。田塍豆适应性广,栽培方法简单。而且大豆的用途广泛,各种豆制品很多,豆子的销售价格高,社员收入多,它的贮藏也简便,只要豆子干,可贮藏一、二年不变质。所以农民喜欢种,面积扩大快,全乡田塍豆种植面积达1200亩左右,折平均亩产150斤,总产180000多斤,产值150000多元,加工后的经济效益可达40～60万元,是该乡农民的一项主要副业收入。现就栽培的主要技术简介如下:
