本文在评介开放式基金的基本涵义及其相关范畴的基础上,重点探讨了开放式基金流动性风险。现阶段,积极发展开放式基金对于进一步深化我国金融体制改革,提升资本市场功能、催生基金管理业变革具有十分重要的意义和作用。开放式基金是我国证券市场一个新的投资品种,它集银行活期存款的流动性、便利性及证券组合投资的高收益性于一身,因此,必须做好风险防范工作。
This paper reviews the basic meaning of open-end funds and its related categories, focusing on the liquidity risk of open-end funds. At this stage, the active development of open-end funds is of great significance and role for further deepening the reform of China’s financial system, upgrading the function of the capital market and spurring the reform of the fund management industry. Open-end funds are a new type of investment in China’s securities market. They integrate the liquidity, convenience and the high profitability of portfolio investment in banks. Therefore, we must take precautions against risks.
