人类体外受精助孕技术实施过程中,有相当一部分患者不能如愿以偿的获得妊娠机会,因此该技术仍在不断发展和进一步完善中。近年来,学者们试图通过缩短精卵共孵育时间来进一步改良常规体外受精(in vitro fertilization,IVF)技术及改善IVF结局。本文将对缩短精卵共孵育时间与人类IVF结局之间的关系进行综述,主要讨论缩短精卵共孵育时间对活性氧(reactive oxygen species,ROS)、雌二醇(E2)及孕酮(P4)、受精率、多精受精发生率、胚胎质量及妊娠率等关键因素的影响。
During the implementation of human IVF technology, a considerable number of patients can not get the chance to get pregnant, so the technology is still under continuous development and further improvement. In recent years, scholars have tried to further improve conventional IVF techniques and improve IVF outcomes by shortening the incubation time of sperm eggs. This review summarizes the relationship between shortened sperm co-incubation time and IVF outcome in humans. It mainly discusses the effect of shortening the duration of sperm co-incubation on reactive oxygen species (ROS), estradiol (E2) and progesterone ), Fertilization rate, the incidence of fertilization, embryo quality and pregnancy rate and other key factors.
