《关于贯彻党十七大精神的意见》对旅游人才培养目标明确指出:“培养一支由多层次、多专业组成的,以应用型和高技能人才为重点的旅游人才队伍。”社会经济的迅猛发展带动了旅游行业的发展,旅游业良好的发展态势下对旅游人才的需求和培养提出了更高的要求和标准。本文主要从引入产学研一体化培养模式、优化专业课程体系设置、设置应用型人才培养目标和深化“双师型”教学队伍建设四个方面,对旅游管理专业应用型人才培养模式提出了几点思考。抛砖引玉,以期为旅游管理专业教学发展尽上绵薄之力。
