作者等报告应用高分辨CT检查22例颞骨外伤,男性17例,女性5例;年龄14~77岁,平均36.9岁;右侧9例,左测11例,双侧2例,计24耳。应用装置为东芝TCT60A-30,60A-50,70 A,900-S。层厚2 mm,与Reid基线平行断层,10例并用冠状断层。全部病例同时作了层厚10mm的头颅CT检查。结果:临床症状,耳出血24耳,脑脊液耳漏6耳,听力障碍23耳(传导性聋17耳,混合性聋4耳,全聋2耳),面神经麻痹12耳(一过性3耳),平衡功能障碍1耳,受伤时17例有轻微的意识障碍,12例有半昏迷至昏迷状态。高分辨CT有骨折线者21耳,17耳为纵行骨折(81%)2耳为横行骨折(9.5%)。纵行骨折者均有中度至高度传导
The authors reported the use of high-resolution CT examination of 22 cases of temporal bone trauma, 17 males and 5 females; aged 14 to 77 years, mean 36.9 years old; right 9 cases, left test in 11 cases, bilateral in 2 cases, accounting for 24 ears. Toshiba TCT60A-30, 60A-50, 70 A, 900-S are used as the device. Layer thickness 2 mm, parallel to the Reid baseline, 10 cases with coronal. Results: The clinical symptoms, 24 ears of ear bleeding, 6 ears of cerebrospinal fluid leakage, 23 ears of hearing loss (17 ears of conduction deafness, 4 ears of mixed deafness, 2 ears of total deafness), 12 ears of facial nerve paralysis (3 ears of transient nature) Balancing dysfunction 1 ear, 17 cases of injury when there was a slight disturbance of consciousness, 12 patients were semi-coma to coma. High-resolution CT fractures were 21 ears, 17 ears were longitudinal fractures (81%) 2 ears were transverse fractures (9.5%). Longitudinal fractures were moderate to high conduction
