从学科馆员服务背景、服务主体、服务内容、服务方式着手,分析学科馆员服务涉及到的各要素,并在此基础上提出应从信息环境、国家政策、行业规范、教育体制4个方面寻求学科馆员服务发展的有利条件。着重讨论微观层面上的支撑机制要素内容,提出图书馆应当从管理体制、资源保障机制、技术保障机制、人才保障机制4个方面完善对学科馆员服务的支撑。
From the background of the subject librarian service, the main body of the service, the service content and the service mode, it analyzes all the elements involved in the subject librarian service, and on the basis of this, it puts forward that we should seek from four aspects of information environment, national policy, industry standard and education system The favorable conditions for the development of subject librarian services. It focuses on discussing the elements of supporting mechanism at the micro level, and suggests that the library should improve the support to the discipline librarian from four aspects: the management system, the resource guarantee mechanism, the technical guarantee mechanism and the personnel support mechanism.
