上海凹凸彩印厂是上海19家参照“三资”企业经营机制进行改革试点的国营大中型工业企业之一。去年来,凹凹彩印厂通过改革获得经营自主权后,企业发展开始按照自身特点进行裂变,使企业初步形成新的运行机制,在社会主义市场经济的大海中遨游。实践证明,改革给凹凸彩印厂带来了生机,带来活力,在人员锐减、分配差距拉大、岗位责任强化的情况下,全厂生产经营和职工思想观念发生了很大的变化。
