目的研究氮、磷、钾肥对黄连白绢病菌核的形成和萌发的影响,为黄连栽培过程中防治病害提供新的方法。方法配制不同浓度的氮、磷、钾肥施加到土壤中,再接种菌丝块、菌核,观察对菌核形成、萌发的影响。结果尿素、碳酸氢氨对菌核萌发、形成均具有显著的抑制作用,而磷酸二氢钠、氯化钾、硝酸钾对菌核的形成、萌发具有不同程度的促进作用,磷酸二氢钾对菌核的萌发作用不明显,对菌核的形成具有抑制作用。结论生产中可采取偏施氮肥,少施钾肥、磷肥的措施来控制黄连白绢病菌核的形成及萌发。
Objective To study the effects of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizers on the formation and germination of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum and provide a new method for the prevention and treatment of the disease during the cultivation of Coptis chinensis. Methods Nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizers with different concentrations were prepared and applied to the soil. The mycelium and sclerotium were inoculated into the soil to observe the effect on the formation and germination of sclerotia. Results The results showed that urea and bicarbonate ammonia significantly inhibited the germination and formation of sclerotia. However, sodium dihydrogen phosphate, potassium chloride and potassium nitrate promoted the formation and germination of sclerotia, while potassium dihydrogen phosphate Sclerotia germination is not obvious, the formation of sclerotia has an inhibitory effect. Conclusion The production of partial nitrogen fertilizer, potassium and phosphate fertilizer less measures to control the formation and germination of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum.
