十一届三中全会以来,我省的水土保持科技工作,坚持“经济建设必须依靠科学技术,科学技术必须面向经济建设”的原则,紧紧围绕与水土保持综合治理和资源开发密切相关的技术问题,积极开展应用技术的研究和先进实用技术的推广,取得了可喜的成绩;先后完成了近40项专题试验研究,共有38项科研和技术推广项目通过了省级以上技术鉴定或验收。其中有两项成果获国家科技进步二等奖和全国科学大会奖;21项成果分别
