目的:通过CCl4所致肝损伤小鼠模型探讨龙牙肝泰胶囊对急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:连续灌胃给药7天,末次给药后2h后腹腔注射CCl4的橄榄油溶液,造成急性肝损伤模型,24h后取血,测定血清中AST、ALT水平。结果:龙牙肝泰胶囊高、中、低剂量组均能降低肝损伤小鼠血清中AST、ALT水平,与模型组比较有极显著性差异(P0.01)结论:龙牙肝泰胶囊对CCl4所致肝损伤小鼠有治疗和保护作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the protective effect of Longya Gantai capsule on acute hepatic injury through a mouse model of hepatic injury induced by CCl4. METHODS: Continuous intragastric administration for 7 days, intraperitoneal injection of olive oil solution of CCl4 2 hours after the last administration, caused an acute liver injury model, and blood was taken after 24 hours to determine serum AST and ALT levels. Results: The high, middle and low doses of Longyaogantai capsule all reduced the serum AST and ALT levels in mice with hepatic injury. There was a significant difference compared with the model group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Longyaogantai capsules CCl4 induced liver injury in mice has therapeutic and protective effects.
