目的了解基层医疗机构消毒质量状况,为加强基层医疗机构消毒隔离管理提供参考。方法采取回顾性调查方法,对北京某区城市社区等基层医疗机构消毒质量进行监测与分析。结果在2009-2013年期间从该区各级医疗机构共采集样品6 115件,消毒质量平均合格率为94.46%。各种监测对象中,以室内空气卫生质量合格率最低,为81.03%,压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌效果合格率为99.17%,其他项目合格率均在90%以上。不同类型基层医疗机构中,除医务室之外,消毒质量合格率均在93%以上。结论该区基层医疗机构消毒质量总体较好,室内空气和压力蒸汽灭菌器属于重点管理对象。
Objective To understand the quality of disinfection in primary medical institutions and to provide reference for strengthening the disinfection and isolation management of primary medical institutions. Methods A retrospective survey was conducted to monitor and analyze the disinfection quality of grass-roots medical institutions such as urban communities in a district of Beijing. Results A total of 6,115 samples were collected from medical institutions at all levels in the district during 2009-2013. The average pass rate of disinfection quality was 94.46%. Among the various monitoring objects, the qualified rate of indoor air hygienic quality is the lowest, which is 81.03%. The pass rate of sterilization by pressure steam sterilizer is 99.17%. The passing rate of other items is over 90%. Different types of primary health care institutions, in addition to the clinic, disinfection quality pass rate of 93% or more. Conclusion The disinfection quality of primary medical institutions in this area is generally good, indoor air and pressure steam sterilizer belong to the key management object.
