对TC4-DT合金板材在β相区热处理后的组织及性能进行了研究。结果表明:α相在晶内和晶界呈片状或针状析出,冷速越大,组织越细密,再经两相区处理后,组织趋于稳定化。随固溶时冷却速度的提高,合金板材室温强度逐渐提高,塑性变化不大。经990℃×45min,WQ+940℃×1h,AC+540℃×6 h,AC热处理得到的板材综合室温拉伸性能较好。
The microstructure and properties of TC4-DT alloy sheet after heat treatment in β-phase region were studied. The results show that the α phase precipitates in the form of flake or needle in the grain and the grain boundary. The larger the cooling rate, the finer the structure, and then stabilized by the two-phase treatment. With the increase of solid solution cooling rate, the room temperature strength of the alloy sheet gradually increased, little change in plasticity. The tensile properties at room temperature of 990 ℃ × 45min, WQ + 940 ℃ × 1h, AC + 540 ℃ × 6 h, AC heat treatment are better.
