本文用试验结果来表明涡轮增压技术的发展对一级增压柴油机功率限度的影响,以及高效率的增压器对采用现代化增压方法的反作用。由于使用最新结构的涡轮增压器,中速四冲程柴油机在保持目前的过量空气系数和空气量的情况下,其平均有效压力可达22~24巴。文中还讨论了以增加活塞平均速度取代提高平均有效压力、增加柴油机功率但又不明显增加机械负荷的可能性。
In this paper, the experimental results show that the development of turbocharger technology affects the power limit of primary turbocharged diesel engine and the reaction of high efficiency turbocharger to the modern turbocharging method. Thanks to the latest turbocharger, medium-speed four-stroke diesel engines maintain an average effective pressure of 22 to 24 bar while maintaining the current excess air ratio and air volume. The paper also discusses the possibility of increasing the average piston speed instead of increasing the average effective pressure, increasing the diesel engine power without significantly increasing the mechanical load.
