用透射电子显微镜(TEM)分析了铵铝碳酸盐热分解法和氯乙醇法制备的α-三氧化二铝超微粒的平均粒度及其粒度分布规律,从实验数据和分布曲线近似得出了对数理论分布曲线,比较了两种不同化学方法制备的α-三氧化二铝超微粒在粒度分布上的特点.
The average particle size and particle size distribution of α-alumina superfine particles prepared by the thermal decomposition of ammonium-aluminum carbonate and chloroethanol method were analyzed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The experimental data and the distribution curves approximate Logarithm theory distribution curve, compared the two different chemical methods prepared α-alumina particles in the particle size distribution characteristics.
