我院用自制口腔药膜治疗复发性口疮、创伤性溃疡等40余例,效果较满意,现总结如下.口腔药膜制备及使用方法配方四环素或金霉素0.5克、强地松40毫克、聚乙烯醇20克、可卡因或丁卡因0.2克、维生素A25000单位、香精适量、甘油2克、蒸馏水180毫升.制备方法先将聚乙烯醇20克浸泡于95%酒精内(以淹没药面为度),24小时后除去酒精;再次倒入95%酒精200毫升,浸泡24小时后,再除去酒精,晾干.把晾干后的聚乙烯醇加水180毫升煮沸,待溶解后将其余诸药(研细过筛)放入,搅拌均匀至温化,摊到用液体石蜡涂
