1981年7、8、9三个月,由于涪江流域连降大暴雨,使涪江接连发生三次洪水。这三次洪水在我县县城的涨幅分别是19.6米、12.4米和13.6米。第一次(7月14日)洪水,是我县百年未见过的,它仅比1782年洪水位253.4(?)米低3.8米。第二、三次也仅次于解放后最高洪水位(1953年)。特大洪水使我县沿江的1198个生产队、10个场镇、385个机关企事业单位遭受了极为惨重的损失,国家、集体、个人财产损失达5842.5万元,相当于我县十年的财政收入。县城附近的金鸭坝损失尤为惊人。
In 1981, 7, 8, and 9 months, due to heavy downpours in the Fujiang River basin, three floods occurred one after another in the Fujiang River. The floods in the three counties were 19.6 meters, 12.4 meters and 13.6 meters respectively. The first (July 14) flood, which my county had not seen in a hundred years, was only 3.8 meters below the 253.4 (?) Meter flood in 1782. The second and third were second only to the highest post-liberation flood level (1953). The extra-large floods caused 1198 production teams, 10 market towns and 385 organs, enterprises and institutions in our county along the river to suffer extremely heavy losses. The losses of state, collective and individual property amounted to 58.425 million yuan, equivalent to 10 years of finance in our county income. Jin Du dam near the county is particularly alarming loss.
