本文首先分析了工程图纸尺寸标注的特点及其分类，介绍了现有尺寸标注的识别方法，提出并实现了一种基于标注字符的识别算法。
In this paper, firstly, the characteristics and classification of engineering drawings are analyzed, the existing methods of identifying dimensions are introduced, and a recognition algorithm based on characters is proposed and implemented.
