目的观察珍田胶囊长期服用对机体血细胞成分、肝肾功能的影响。方法珍田胶囊以1.315,2.63,5.26g(生药)/kg(分别相当于人临床剂量的13、26.1、52.2倍),对照组给予相同体积蒸馏水;连续给大鼠灌胃180d,逐日观察动物行为、外观及大小便。停药后继续观察4周,测量大鼠血常规和血生化指标。结果各给药组大鼠一般状况未见明显异常,各种血常规和血液生化指标均与对照组无显著差异。结论珍田胶囊长期服用对机体血液成分及肝肾功能无不良影响。
Objective To observe the effects of long-term administration of Zhentian capsule on blood cell components, liver and kidney function. Methods Zhentian capsules were 1.315, 2.63, 5.26g (crude drug)/kg (13, 26.1, and 52.2 times of the human clinical dose, respectively), and the control group was given the same volume of distilled water; rats were continuously gavaged 180 days, and the animals were observed daily. , appearance and urine. After the drug was discontinued for 4 weeks, blood routine tests and blood biochemical parameters were measured. Results There was no obvious abnormality in the general condition of the rats in each administration group. There was no significant difference in blood routine and blood biochemical indexes between the rats in the control group and the control group. Conclusion The long-term use of Zhentian capsules has no adverse effects on blood components and liver and kidney functions.
