4.5Ni钢建造的锥柱结合壳结构由60、80mm厚板经热削斜工艺加工焊接而成。本文着重研究了热削斜工艺对钢的力学性能和显微组织结构的影响。指出:削斜对钢板的力学性能和显微组织结构没有明显影响,热削斜工艺适用于制造含凸角过渡环和凹角带肋过渡环的锥柱结合壳结构。同时指出,若对钢板削斜表面采取进一步加工处理,如打磨、机加工等,可减少削斜造成的影响,提高制造质量。
4.5Ni steel cone column with the shell structure by 60,80 mm thick slab by hot-cutting process welding. This paper focuses on the hot-slanting process on the mechanical properties of steel and microstructure. It is pointed out that the chamfering has no significant effect on the mechanical properties and the microstructure of the steel plate. The hot chamfering process is suitable for the manufacture of the cone-column combined shell structure with the convex transitional ring and the concave-angle ribbed transitional ring. Also pointed out that if the slab surface to take further processing, such as grinding, machining, etc., can reduce the impact of slash, improve manufacturing quality.
