本文采用动电位极化曲线和交流阻抗测试技术,研究有无氯离子存在时十二烷基胺(DDA)在两种不同晶化程度的非晶合金上的缓蚀机理.实验表明,DDA对两种不同晶化程度的非晶合金都有缓蚀作用对非晶合金的经蚀机理为覆盖效应,对部分晶化的非晶合金的经蚀机理为负催化效应,氯离子的加入使缓蚀效率显著提高。
In this paper, the mechanism of dodecyl amine (DDA) corrosion inhibition on two kinds of amorphous alloys with different crystallinity in the presence of chloride ions was studied by using potentiodynamic polarization curves and AC impedance techniques. Experiments show that DDA has a corrosion inhibition effect on the amorphous alloys of two different degrees of crystallization. The corrosion mechanism of the partially crystallized amorphous alloys is a negative catalytic effect on the etching mechanism of amorphous alloys. Chlorine The addition of ions significantly improves the corrosion inhibition efficiency.
