目的：研究颈上神经节对内耳缺血时耳蜗血流的调节。方法：用激光多普勒测量颈上神经节切除前后耳蜗血流变化。结果：切除颈上神经节后耳蜗血流和血压均无明显变化。结论：肾上腺素能神经对内耳缺血时耳蜗血流和血压调节作用微弱。
PURPOSE: To study the regulation of cochlear blood flow by the cervical suprasellar ganglion to the inner ear ischemia. Methods: The changes of cochlear blood flow before and after the excision of the superior cervical ganglion were measured by laser Doppler. Results: There was no significant change in cochlear blood flow and blood pressure after excision of the superior cervical ganglion. Conclusions: Adrenergic nerves have a weak effect on cochlear blood flow and blood pressure during ischemia in the inner ear.
