“水流冲刷条件下构件的压力测试技术研究”系机械电子工业部的机械工业技术发展基金项目,由机电部郑州机械研究所结构试验分析研究室承担。以樊文峰、宁沈南同志为主的课题组经过三年多的刻苦努力,达到了预期的目标,圆满地完成了任务,并通过了鉴定。由七个厂矿、科研单位的八位专家组成的鉴定委员会反复而又认真地审阅了课题总结和研究报告(包括测试报告),并对所提供的技术文件、资料进行了详细分析,其评审意见如下: 1.该组经过三年多努力,达到了合同规定的要求,提供资料齐全,完成了合同任务。 2.研制的水流冲刷试验台设计合理、结构新颖、试验速度范围较宽,是一种理想的试验室模拟试验设备。

After more than three years of painstaking efforts, the task force led by Fan Wenfeng and Ning Shennan reached the expected goal, successfully completed the task and passed the appraisal. Accreditation Committee composed of eight factories, mines and scientific research units made repeated and serious reviews of the project summary and research reports (including test reports), conducted detailed analysis of the technical documents and materials provided, and evaluated their opinions As follows: 1. After more than three years of hard work, the group reached the requirements stipulated in the contract, provided complete information and completed the contractual tasks. 2. Developed water erosion test bed design is reasonable, novel structure, wide test speed range, is an ideal laboratory simulation test equipment.
