目的研究野葛Pueraria lobata藤茎中的化学成分。方法采用正相硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、制备薄层、重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,通过理化性质及波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果分离了11个化合物,分别鉴定为去氢催吐萝芙醇(dehydrovomifoliol,1)、布卢竹柏醇(blumenol,2)、3β-羟基-5α,6α-环氧-7-大柱香波龙烯-9-酮(3β-hydroxy-5α,6α-epoxy-7-megastigmen-9-one,3)、甘草素(4)、鹰嘴豆醇(garbanzol,5)、阿魏酸(6)、2,4-二羟基苯甲醛(7)、4-羟基-2-甲氧基苯甲醛(8)、(?)-块茎葛素[(?)-tuberosin,9]、香豆雌酚(coumestrol,10)、β-谷甾醇(11)。结论化合物1~3为倍半萜类化合物,为首次从葛属植物中分离得到;化合物4~8为首次从葛属植物中发现。
Objective To study the chemical composition of Pueraria lobata cane. Methods The compounds were isolated by normal phase silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, preparative TLC and recrystallization. The structures of the compounds were identified by physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as dehydrovomifoliol (1), blumenol (2), 3β-hydroxy-5α, 6α-epoxy- (3β-hydroxy-5α, 6α-epoxy-7-megastigmen-9-one, 3), glycyrrhizin (4), garbanzol (5), ferulic acid (7), 4-hydroxy-2-methoxybenzaldehyde (8), tuberosin (9), coumestrol 10), β-sitosterol (11). Conclusion Compounds 1 to 3 are sesquiterpenoids and are isolated from Pueraria for the first time. Compounds 4 to 8 were found from Pueraria for the first time.
