郭伟峰是河南省洛阳市公安局交警支队东关交巡大队民警,从警16年来,两次被评为全省优秀人民警察,荣立二等功一次、三等功两次,先后被授予河南省青年岗位能手、洛阳市公安系统十佳青年民警、洛阳市优秀巡警、洛阳市公安局交警支队优秀共产党员等荣誉称号。心系群众点滴为民人民群众满意是公安工作的最高标准,也是广大民警的不懈追求。郭伟峰执勤辖区所在地瀍河区北盟路路窄坡陡,沿途居民小区、学校、幼儿园密布,车流、人流川流不息,过去路两侧随意停车、占道经营现象突出,存在较大事故隐患。
