在向科学现代化进军的伟大过程中,由湖北省孝感试验机厂、华中工学院共同为北京内燃机总厂研制的FZD—1型发动机总成平衡机,自一九七五年以来经过反复试验,在有关单位大力协助下现已研制成功。在湖北省机械局主持下于一九七八年四月十八日至二十一日在孝感试验机厂召开了该机鉴定会,参加这次鉴定会的有来自全国各地的科研、工厂、大专院校二十八个单位的代表,对该机进行了全面鉴定、该机是“750”轿车发动机整机专用的平衡机,不平衡系用二面极座标表示的,从电测原理到显示方法完全和光点矢量瓦特计式通用机一样。该机鉴定方法以ISO 2953国际标准为依据参照
