2005年体育与健康课程标准(以下简称“新课标”)将在全国中小学推行,新课标以“健康第一”为指导思想,以学生发展为中心。它一改传统的按运动项目划分课程内容和安排教学时数的框架,根据三维健康观、体育自身的特点及国际课程发展的趋势,从运动参与、运动技能、身体健康、心理健康和社会适应五个方面划分学习内容。对教学一线的中小学体育教师来说,此次课改颠覆了许多以前固有的教学理念和思维模式。教师能否尽快渡过阵痛期,摆脱心理发展的高原现象,适应基础教育改革的要求,是关系到这次课改成败的一个重要环节。本文意通过对教师心理不适的剖析,进而找出原因,提供对策,更好的帮助广大中小学体育教师。
