在设计上略作改进之后,筛下无活塞跳汰机(或称筛下空气室跳汰机,一种众所周知的处理煤的标准设备)也可以被用来提高共生赤铁矿、铁矿石和锰矿石(块矿及细粒烧结矿)的品位,而为了得到适合市场销售的精矿品位,需要高的分选密度。同时,筛下无活塞跳汰机也是从含金属渣中回收金属成分的一种合适设备。多年来,澳大利亚和巴西的两个大型铁矿石选厂一直在工业生产中使用这种跳汰机。而且,近来又收到对这种跳汰机的订货,用来分选加纳和纳米比亚的锰矿石以及南非的铁铬合金渣中金属的回收。本文介绍了为有效处理矿石和含金属渣,筛下无活塞跳汰机在其很灵敏的分层和排料装置方面的代表性设计,并且提出了新跳汰选厂的特定流程和设计方案。
Slightly improved in design, the sieve without a piston jig (or sieve air chamber jig, a well-known standard equipment for processing coal) can also be used to improve symbiotic hematite, iron ore and Manganese ore (lump ore and fine grain sinter) grade, and in order to obtain the market for concentrate grade, the need for high sorting density. In the meantime, there is no piston jig on the underside of the sieve, which is also a suitable device for recovering metal components from slag containing metal. Over the years, two large iron ore processing plants in Australia and Brazil have been using this jig in industrial production. Moreover, orders for such jig machines have recently been received for the sorting of manganese from ores from Ghana and Namibia and from the iron-chromium alloy residues from South Africa. This paper presents a representative design for the efficient handling of ores and metal-containing slag without a piston-jig under the sieve in its very sensitive stratification and discharge device and proposes specific processes and design options for the new jigger .
