The Journal of August 17-17, 2017, sponsored by the China Science and Technology Journal Editorial Association, the local work committee and Policy Advisory and Development Working Committee contractors, Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Journals Editorial Association and Science and Technology Herald co-sponsored “scientific and technological journals innovation and Regional Development ”Symposium held in Xi’an. Zhang Zeqing, former deputy director of Newspapers and Periodicals Press and Publication Administration of SARFT, Tian Shi-po, Li Ming-de and others in charge of Editorial Association of Scientific and Technological Periodicals of Shaanxi Province, Shaanxi Province, attended the meeting and delivered speeches.
