应用现代硫巴比妥酸(TBA)微量荧光比色法测定44例围产期窒息儿生后第1、3、7天血清过氧化脂质(LPO)水平,并与20例正常儿进行对照。结果发现窒息儿血清LPO的三次测定值均显著高于对照组;21例头颅CT扫描示头颅内出血或/脑水肿患儿的血清升高更为显著。此结果提示窒息和复苏过程能增加患儿氧自由基的产生和脂质过氧化反应,此变化可能与窒息后脑损伤的发生有关。
The levels of serum lipoperoxidase (LPO) in 44 perinatal asphyxia neonates were measured by using modern thiobarbituric acid (TBA) micro-fluorescence spectrophotometry and compared with 20 normal children . The results showed that three measurements of serum LPO in asphyxia children were significantly higher than the control group; 21 cases of cranial CT scan showed intracranial hemorrhage or cerebral edema in children with elevated serum more significant. The results suggest that asphyxia and resuscitation can increase oxygen free radicals and lipid peroxidation in children with the change may be related to the occurrence of asphyxia brain injury.
