对战后的基础医学工作者来说,酶的研究是颇为新颖的课题。1926年Sumner首次分离出尿素酶结晶,此后10年左右,不少其他酶的结晶也提取成功。战后不久,酶学的魅力,可以说与恰好在这几年间发展起来的遗传工程学相匹敌。日本的生化工作者,不知道有“酶化学讨论会”的人几乎仅是青年人。1948年,第一次“酶化学讨论会”在东京召开,至1970年讨论会虽在形式上有些变化,但仍继续活动,并充满生气。每年的生化学年会是受欢迎的研究集会,只有在这种高涨的热情下,1957年在东京与京都举行的国际酶化学讨论会才有可能召开。从此显著落后的生化学,在战后大体上结束了落后局面,以此为契机,各级生化工作者涌向了国际社会。本文旨在回顾战后数十年来酶学的发展进程,及酶学与医学,特别是与医疗和临床的关系对临床上给予怎样的影响等作一次观察。
For the basic medical workers after the war, enzyme research is quite a novel topic. In 1926, Sumner isolated the urease crystals for the first time, and after 10 years, the crystallization of many other enzymes was also successfully extracted. Shortly after the war, the charm of enzymology can be equated with the genetic engineering that has just evolved over these years. Japanese biochemists do not know that there are almost only young people with “Enzyme Chemistry Symposium.” In 1948, the first Enzyme Chemistry Symposium was held in Tokyo. Although the seminar changed in some aspects in form in 1970, it continued its activity and was full of vigor. The annual biochemistry annual meeting is a welcome research gathering, and it is only with this great passion that it is only possible for the International Enzymatic Chemistry Symposium to be held in Tokyo and Tokyo in 1957. Since then, the marked backward chemical and biochemical tragedies have generally ended the backwardness after the war. Using this as an opportunity, biochemical workers at all levels have flocked to the international community. The purpose of this article is to review the development of enzymology during the post-war period and the impact of the relationship between enzyme and medicine, especially with the medical and clinical aspects.
