随着世界经济区域化、全球化的形成和发展,跨国公司对经济的推动作用越来越明显,现已成为当代世界经济活动的主体.1993年的《世界投资报告》披露:跨国公司现在增至3.7万家,附属公司达17万个.真中,1万家跨国公司控制着发达国家70%的技术转让和80%的工艺研究.全世界跨国公司控制的国外直接投资额为2万亿美元,其中1/3由世界最大的100家巨型跨国公司所掌握.
With the regionalization of the world economy and the formation and development of globalization, the role of transnational corporations in promoting the economy has become more and more obvious. Now it has become the main body of contemporary world economic activities. The 1993 World Investment Report disclosed that multinational corporations are now increasing. To 37,000 and 170,000 subsidiary companies. In fact, 10,000 multinational corporations control 70% of technology transfer and 80% of technological research in developed countries. The foreign direct investment amount controlled by multinational companies worldwide is 2 trillion US dollars. One-third of them are controlled by the world’s largest 100 giant multinational corporations.
