教学目标是教学活动中教与学的指向性目标和结果,有效教学是教学活动中教与学的具体实施过程。因而,教学目标和有效教学是结果和过程的关系。在教学实践中,教师可以运用教学目标作为导向,以有效教学为重要手段,实现教学质量的高质量高要求的标准。本文以教学目标的基本认识作为出发点,分析中小学语文教学目标的整合与有效教学衔接的常见问题和原因,进而讨论中小学语文教学目标的整合与有效教学衔接的方式方法。
