我国经济发展进入新常态,传统发展动力不断减弱,必须依靠创新驱动打造发展新引擎,培育新的经济增长点,持续提升经济发展的质量和效益。前不久中共中央、国务院印发的《国家创新驱动发展战略纲要》,正是对中国今后一个时期实施好创新驱动战略进行系统谋划和全面部署。《纲要》提出,培育一批核心技术能力突出、集成创新能力强、引领重要产业发展的创新型企业,力争有一批企业进入全球百强创新型企业。
China’s economic development has entered a new normal and the traditional momentum of development has been weakened. We must rely on innovation-driven development to create a new engine for development, foster new economic growth points and continuously improve the quality and efficiency of economic development. Not long ago, the “Outline of National Innovation-Driven Development Strategy” issued by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council precisely laid out and comprehensively planned the implementation of the innovation-driven strategy for China in the coming period. The “Outline” proposes to cultivate a group of innovative enterprises with outstanding core technologies, strong integrated innovation capabilities and leading the development of major industries and strive to bring a group of enterprises into the top 100 innovative enterprises in the world.
