某中压、中温机组的高压端轴封处超常量漏汽。经检查,发现汽缸端面靠近轴封套处的水平结合面有胀口0.1mm。很明显,蒸汽是由此处泄漏的。 1.原因分析 该机组已经运转10年,此前未发生过汽缸水平结合面漏汽,应排除汽缸“时效”变形方面的因素,当属由于运行操作不当,使汽缸变形所致。 (1)温升过快。机组起动过程中,温升速度是影响汽缸热应力的主要因素。运行中,由于负荷增加过快,汽缸内壁加热迅速,使汽缸内外壁产生过大温差。由于汽缸法兰宽、厚不易变形,只有在较薄的汽缸壁内径部引起膨胀,使汽缸法兰结合面出现外胀口。
