聋生由于听力障碍,影响了心理及个性发展。这其中,带有明显社会化色彩的品德教育是聋生教育中比较有难度的课题。在现实学校教育中,教师要么敷衍而过,要么放弃,多以批评或惩罚来指出聋生的问题行为,而甚少从品德的有效养成上着手。这使得聋生的品德发展明显滞后于健全儿童,社会化程度降低。笔者试从日常聋生班主任工作中撷取案例,来探讨对其进行品德养成教育的方法和途径,以就教于同仁。
Deaf students affected their mental and personality development due to hearing impairment. Among these, moral education with obvious socialization is a more difficult task for deaf education. In the real school education, teachers either pass through or give up, criticize or punish more to point out the deaf students’ behaviors, and seldom start from the effective cultivation of morality. This makes the moral development of deaf students significantly lag behind the sound children, reduce the degree of socialization. I try to learn from the daily work of deaf students director cases to explore their methods of moral education and ways to teach in the colleagues.
