提到中国盾构机,首先映入人们眼帘的词语是“尴尬”。2009年12月,国务院批复了22个城市的地铁建设规划,总投资超过8 820亿元。根据我国各城市轨道交通发展规划图显示,至2016年我国将新建轨道交通线路89条,总建设里程达2 500 km。消息一出,我国盾构机市场再次沸腾。但截至目前,市场的反应似乎与曾经的畅想并非如出一辙。一方面,经过十几年快速发展的中国盾构机行业,已经具备和掌握一定的技术、生产、施工、服务等能力和经验,面对处处充满机遇的国内市场,正跃跃欲试,准备一展身手;另一方面,截至目前,国内已经开工建设的地铁项目中,相当大一部分的盾构机设备均采用国外品牌,本土设备似乎更多地坐在了观众席上。一面是国内基础设施建设的广阔市场,一面却是国产盾构机产品的集体“失音”。本该是在国内市场唱主角的本土品牌,为何会陷入如此“尴尬”之境?又是什么导致了“尴尬”?为了探究真相,本刊记者走访了几位企业人士及业内专家。

In December 2009, the State Council approved the subway construction plan for 22 cities with a total investment of over 882 billion yuan. According to China’s urban rail transit development plan shows that by 2016 China will build 89 rail lines, with a total construction mileage of 2 500 km. As soon as the news came out, our shield machine market boiled again. But as of now, the reaction of the market does not seem exactly the same as the previous Imagination. On the one hand, after more than a decade of rapid development in China, the shield machine industry has acquired and mastered certain capabilities and experiences in technology, production, construction and service. In the face of the domestic market full of opportunities, it is trying its best to prepare for the show. On the other hand, as of now, a considerable part of the subway construction projects under construction in China have adopted foreign brands and the local equipment seems to be sitting more in the auditorium. On the one hand, it is a vast market for infrastructure construction in China. On the other hand, it is a collective “aphonia” of domestic-made shield machine products. This is why the local brands that play the leading role in the domestic market have fallen into such “embarrassment” situations and what has led to “embarrassment.” In order to find out the truth, the reporter interviewed several business people and industry experts .
